Hair Extension Returns: We hope you understand that once a hair product is taken out of the sealed clear package, it cannot be returned/exchanged. We ship all of our hair products in a clear colored bag making it easier to verify that the color will be a good match before you open the package. Once the package is opened you will NOT be able to return for a refund. We thank you for your understanding on this matter!
