This has the best consistency out of the lipsticks, not to smudgy and not too dry. No scent which is great due to allergies and curtain call is the perfect red for me.

The JFR matte lipsticks are the best. They go on smoothly with no bleeding. And they never dry out your lips. I wear them every day. You can either put them on very lightly for just a tint of color or more heavy for a bold lip. I have them all but my favorite is Casablanca. These are my favorite of all the lipsticks.

As a redhead, it is incredibly difficult to find an "everyday" lipstick that doesn't turn pink, or orange, on me. Not this one! The color Audrey is perfect for a daily casual look that looks natural, while looking good!!

I feel like the texture of these matte lipsticks is just so beautiful. I've got four of them, but the one I've been often wearing to work is Vivian. Each time I put it on I'm a little surprised by how smooth it is. There's no drag or patchiness or "pastiness" that I might expect from a matte bullet lipstick. There's a very good color payoff. I waited a long time to wear it to work because I thought it would hurt to wear, but it's very comforting on my dry winter lips. If I were to compare this to another brand, I might put it up against the Urban Decay Comfort Matte line, but more nourishing to the lips. There's no feathering or bleeding. I often drink coffee or diet coke and then reapply without a mirror, and it always looks perfect. The Vivian shade is a warm brown that looks so flattering on me. It looks so pretty and professional, and it's very easy to maintain during a long workday. 10/10 do recommend.
